Connecticut Hypodermics has the following Quality Policy:

We are dedicated to working together to grow profitably by meeting and exceeding the needs and requirements of our customers.

The Quality and Technical Committee are responsible for the establishment and maintenance of a comprehensive quality assurance program. They are also tasked with the preparation, revisions and controls of manuals, procedures, instructions and other technical quality documents necessary to implement this program. In addition the Quality and Technical Committee are to contribute to the companies efforts for a more economical and profitable operation, through reduction of losses due to inadequate and inefficient processes, they will also try to enhance Connecticut Hypodermics reputation as a supplier of the highest quality products and services.  The Quality Assurance Department is charged with the task of improving methods of control and placing the emphasis on defect prevention rather than sorting of defective products.  They will also interpret customer and in house quality requirements so that they can translate those requirements into efficient procedures.

They will also help to forecast probable problem areas and the help in the resolution of these problem areas.  The entire staff of Connecticut Hypodermics is committed to the Quality Assurance goals and to the pursuit of excellence in all our products.
